eoac was established in 2012 by Eric, his background includes: CAD Director, University Instructor, Design Director and Architecture & Residential Engineering Manager. His education includes an MFA in Sculpture, BFA in Design, BA in Art & Architecture with CSI CDT and LEED AP credentials.

 

After several years in architectural sales and management, the realization that profit could not....and would not....be nearly as fulfilling as a satisfying project, the passion to start eoac was born. The philosophy of understanding specific client needs and providing a full communication and service business to complete all expectations....with absolutely no bullshit....became the goal of eaoc.design.

 

Each project is unique. We are here to provide you the necessary research, communication and dialogue to fulfill your specific needs....whether they be design, construction drawings, planning or building permit drawings/applications or anything else. We take your project very seriously.
